We ordered 2 RII i8 Plus mini wireless keyboards last week on 17 January 2020. Cost R329 x2 =R658

We received 2 no-name brand mini wireless keyboards this morning (They cost R250 each = R500.

My problem is that the 2 items were **********LY AND INTENTIONALLY rebranded with RII i8 stickers to make the product look like the more expensive ones.

If we wanted the cheaper units, we would have ordered them!!

The brand-name units have additional features and are of better quality. That is why we ordered them.

I need the correct items delivered by Friday this week (free of charge obviously). Failing which, I will lay a charge of ***** against Takealot and post it on every possible public platform.

This is not a threat, it is a promise.

I suggest you let us keep these two units, already delivered, to make up for your *****.
