***** AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!! #***0

Received the worst service from Takelot.com!! Received an sms that my order was ready, drove to Edenvale pickup point from Benoni. Got there and said my order is still in Cape Town. Couple days went by still no feedback after trying to get thru the complaints department. Then i received an email from Takealot.com saying “order cancelled” which i did not cancel. I was refunder but not the full amount, i paid for delivery but didn’t receive it back. This is ***** and I will be taking this further. PATHETIC SERVICE, i will not recommend anyone to buy anything from Takealot.com!!! PATHETIC!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!
