We purchased a tv during the black friday sales from takealot. The tv was defective and we reported it immediately. They promised to collect the tv in November however that never materialised. We have continuously been taking time off work because they indicated they would show up but that never happened and the calls have then been closed even though we were not assisted. They have subsequently promised to collect it another 6 times. On 2 occasions they sent a driver to collect the tv on a motorcycle. Again they promised to send a courier company. We have been waiting for 3 months. And they are still stalling. Raihanna Boonzaaier has made numerous empty promises. Takealot's customer service is non existent. People should stop supporting this website and should stop purchasing from them.
