On Wed 25 Oct 2017 I saw they had a sale on Hi-tech Badweather running shoes at from R1000.00 and R900.00 to R299.00 respectively... I ordered and paid for my order immediately which was confirmed by email R598.00 (order no: ********** 0). The very next day I checked on the app for tracking info only to find out my order was cancelled; and the shoes were now back to their original price! When I enquired, they have it written on their website that orders are cancelled when there is no stock (which was not the case). I went back to my email confirmation and when I tracked the order it was supposed to be delivered 31 Oct 2017, but there was no tracking info... I called takealot and they could not explain and said they will get back to me... I called again 5 days later and I got the same feedback. Today I called and what they did is out of this world! They created another order with the normal price, paid it with the "credited amount" and sent me an email to pay the balance? This is ********** as far as I see it!
