So I have been arguing with you guys since early January. The conversation went back and forth with multiple empty promises. After all the back and forth I did not think I could face any more surprises, but I was mistaken. I had a complaint that you did not provide me with the whole package I bought. You kind off acknowledged it but it's been a back and forth. AND THEN, your behaviour suddenly changes and I get "our website does not state that all the games are sold with the item therefore, it is sold exactly how it was advertised. " So I go to my purchases and I click on the link and low and behold, you have updated the description to exclude the items that were missing from my purchase. Not sure how you could legally do that and not keep the link to the originally purchased item, of which the price has also changed. I would love to see how your auditors accept that and if you have a valid audit trail that supports my claim this would be null and void. Audit trail requirements 101 with full trace-ability of transactions including item description and financial trail. What would you call that ? I will withhold from using any legal related terms as you can decide for yourself. *********** non client servicing staff: Somaya Armino - At least had the decency to call me once but made empty promises of getting back to me Siphokazi Doro - Just plain sad Olivia Stanford - This person seems to be the queen bee of non-support Ripping of the public off for a profit of around 10-20% on a R1349 item, after spending over R9k, accepting the supplier's response that it's all there, when it's clearly not, and then updating the inclusions to what it should have bee in the first place. Now that's what I call good corporate governance and growing sales and customer support in a declining market.... There's so much more to this, around the return, the bad response ....and then some more.....................
