fragile and faulty things

I'm super appalled and disappointed by the service I'm getting,bought 55 inch TV a month ago so I logged a query for return cos the TV is faulty then I'm told I need to organize wrap so it can be collected so basically I must spend money to buy from you then spend money again so you can fix the problem?? #LessonLearned I'm never again buying from you people shows just how much you have no regards for customers
