Formal Complaint Regarding Unresolved Issue on return

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a recent issue with my order/purchase from Takealot that I attempted to return on. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter through customer service channels, I have received no proper assistance,going in sircles and communicating with 5 different representatives,leaving me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with Takealot's service. Additionally, I attempted to contact the supplier directly,but they advice me that al complaint must go through takelot as the product was brought through them. This lack of assistance is unacceptable and falls short of the professional customer service I expect from South Africa's leading online retailer. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed that my issue remains unresolved. This has caused me significant inconvenience, including, time wasted.
