Such a well-known business to find such poor service and being **********!!!

I placed an order online for an Acer A315 Intel Core i5 1235U 8GB 512GB SSD 15.6" FHD Notebook. - R8499.

Purchased the following vouchers:

x 1 voucher via Panel smart - R1000 x 1 voucher via Panel smart - R1000 x R100 voucher via my bank card x R100 voucher via my bank card

Total Voucher to the value of R2200

Whilst processing my order - I put in all the vouchers numbers and tried to pay the balance with the card, however this was not going through and takealot cancelled my order due to incomplete payment. Now when I request for the vouchers to be used, they say this cannot be done and will remain on my account has a credit. I don't understand why this vouchers cannot be issued or used with the same reference. The expiry date on the vouchers were 2027, I am not asking for a cash back but want the voucher code so I can give this voucher to someone else as I wont be purchasing from takealot as I arrange alternative arrangements to get the item. Further to this I have informed Panel Smart of the services takealot has given me. I had made several calls to takealot advising my issues, sent emails, and msgs on messenger on facebook with no solution.

Its rather disappointing that no senior person could contact me regarding this matter.
