Fontainbleu pickup point a ****!!!

I was suppose to collect an item from Fontainbleu Pickup point. I no longer wanted the item so went there and did not even receive the parcel, never handled it never opened it. Then received an e-mail to say that the item was never in the box. It is now two weeks later with no result and very little communication from Takealot. Never trust the staff at the pickup points!!!! Take photos, of the item, the staff member with the item, etc. Espesially at Fontainbleu...
