Follow up on Reported issue regarding order allocation

I am writing to formally follow up on a concern I previously reported regarding order allocation while working as a driver for Takealot.

On the day of the incident at approximately 19:00, I went to the Musgrave location to collect orders. I requested orders from the cashier, Ms. Futhi, who informed me that I was not allowed to work at Musgrave because I had not worked at eChesterville. I explained that I am currently registered to work in eChesterville as a part-time driver, as I also have a full-time job and perform deliveries with Takealot on a part-time basis. Following this discussion, I went to eChesterville as instructed and waited there for approximately four hours without receiving any orders. During that time, I observed other drivers arriving from Morningside to collect orders in the same area. One of the drivers I noticed was Mr. Mkhize, who was driving a silver Toyota.

I reported this matter to Mr. Reece Ramaih, who informed me that I could not be moved to Morningside because I had not worked at eChesterville. Despite complying with the instruction and waiting at eChesterville for four hours, I did not receive any orders while other drivers continued to collect orders. I have already reported this issue; however, I have not yet received any feedback regarding the matter. I would therefore appreciate it if the situation could be reviewed and if I could be provided with feedback or clarification. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
