Follow up of no delivery of the expected card

From the 23 January till 9 February 2021 I still have not head anything from the Takealot delivery department about the delivery of my FNB card. I have decided to also not do follow up calls as I keep getting the same messages and that it will be delivered and nothing has happened ever since I have never had such bad service like this with takealot I don't know whether it's the lockdown but it is seriously bad
