FNB credit card delivery (or lack thereof!) by Takealot.com

I have been waiting for the delivery of my FNB credit card for over a week now. I received an sms from takealot saying that I must call ********** to confirm the delivery details. I have called that number everyday for the last week and often waiting hours without ever having the call answered. On answering I am given three options, to speak to the takealot delivery team, to speak to the FNB delivery team or to speak about any other delivery. I have tried all of the options without ever speaking to a human being. What the hell is going on?!

I'd have given zero stars if that was an option.
