FNB credit card delivery, it's been over two weeks!

I have been waiting for over two weeks for Takealot to deliver my FNB credit card! They have not tried to contact me once, I have called their customer service number over 10 times to resolve this but they keep telling me they will get someone to call me back or redirecting me and putting me on hold. Appalling customer support! They have my credit card and they still haven't tried to deliver it yet.
