Fnb card not delivered by Takealot couriers

I ordered an Fnb debit card 2 weeks ago and I received an Sms advising me to contact Take a lot couriers to arrange delivery. I have been calling the number provided to no avail. No follow ups from them. I've been billed already for the card but no communication from them.
