Flybynight more like flyby nightmare!!! I hate takealot

Takealot is the biggest China store without being a China store. I literally bought a Thrustmaster t248 And everything was fine for about 7 uses max! And then it stopped working on my 8th use! This store is the biggest fly by night institution!!! Honestly!!!! Why would you supply a product and then provide a guarantee and then not provide a way in which we as consumers can use the guarantee? This is not the first time, I bought an air fryer and it stopped working on the 4th use. Honestly just purchase items at the store because it’s not worth the hassle! Very disappointed!!! I should’ve never trusted the internet!!!
