Flithy dirty make up products - health hazard!!

I bought 3 products from take alot. I bought essence sticks 2 holographic sticks and one essence wow stick.

One of the holographic sticks came through empty, the other 2 utterly dirty and the one dirty one look half used.

I logged a collect and return. I did this about 3 times. Each time I got a single return for one of the 3 products and it would be dirty just like the last.

None of the 3 products were sealed like makeup should be.

I find this extremely disgusting and so offensive. I paid genuine money, not broken or half unpaid.

This is a health hazard. I have logged this a few times trying to give takealot a chance to fix what's going on and redeem themselves. Unfortunately they did not take advantage of this case.

Takealot doesn't even have the decency to replace all three products in the condition they are meant to be delivered.

My heart is extremely broken especially since Takealot is my favourite online shop which I have supported many times for a few years.

I have no idea what more to do regarding this situation other than resort to hellopeter and have this looked into.

I'd really like to have this taken care of and receive the three products I ordered in the manner they should be delivered in.

Takealot rather not sell makeup if this is something you can't do the way it should be done. It's not your strong suit. Look into your factories and see the condition of your products. For staff that packs products like this is either lack of passion for the job or they have no training to take this up to management or your staff is bitter in their position and no care about the quality of products and the clients it goes out to.

Please look into this situation as I'd hate for you (Takealot) to close down due to things like this. How many clients has this happened to? I'm sure you'd have to ask yourself that question...

I have recorded a video of me opening the box of the delivered return product to prove that Takealot is delivering products in these conditions and taken a photo to show how dirty and poor quality products that they are sending out to clients...
