Flipping *****S!!!!

On the 7th of November 2024 I placed and order and immediately paid via Fastpay. I was informed that my item would take around 3 weeks and could expect it on the 21st of December (More than a month later) This was meant to me a Christmas gift for my daughter. On the 21st I went online to check on the status of my order - and found that it had been CANCELED!!!! No warning - no communication. I then sent them several messages which they all ignored. I went into the system to process a refund. Then I get an email saying that my refund was DECLINED by the financial service provider. WHAT BS!!!! I can have credit -- like I want Credit after the way you treated me. They flipping STOLE my money!!! And I am going to lay a charge against them in the morning
