FLIPPEN AWESOME SERVICE
I placed my first order online since the [URL Removed] / [URL Removed] merge and man oh man am I impressed! I placed my order yesterday afternoon, did payment at 13:50 and received confirmation via e-mail. I wasn't expecting delivery before the 29th (as mentioned on the website and had no problem with that as the order wasn't really urgent). So imagine my surprise when I received an SMS at 07:01 this morning stating that my order is on it's way, scheduled for delivery today before 17:00 via FedEx - WOW! I left home at about 07:30, got back a little after eight, and imagine - my parcel was delivered just minutes after I'd left! TAKEALOT, you are an example of what excellent service is all about. Big players in ALL industries can most certainly learn from you - I don't think I've ever been so impressed by service received from ANY company. Well done, and I will most definitely be telling people about this exceptional service. Thank you very much, and a blessed Festive Season to all staff members!
