Fix a R35 000 phone as per terms. Dont replace. BAD SERVICE

Purchased a Samsung Fold 5 in November 2023. The screen lifted where the fold is in June 2024. Returned to Takealot and after a month of emails, I was just advised that the phone was "fixed" by the Supplier. This is acceptable as oer the terms and conditions. Please be careful, read the reviews. Takealot is doing this to so many people and getting away with it. If it breaks again in a few months it is no longer under warranty and they will wash their hands.
