Five Star Service
I have written two reviews. the first is five stars for service. I have had deliveries, I've also collected without any issues, only good things. Very good things when it comes to refunds and replacement products. My other one is for one star for communication and delivery charges. I review under the same name so you can read that separately.

11 Feb 2025, 12:49A reply to my own 5 Star review for service: Why can't you review takealot on Google, or on Takealot's app? What doesn't Takealot want to hear, and why? Secondly, I opt for collection because it saves money. How does Takealot rationalise R30 delivery fee on a collection that is not express nor within 3 days? How dare Takealot charge for something that costs them nothing? The real insult is - why R30? If it was R100 or more, Takealot could make a case, but R30 is too little to pay for anything, so in my opinion the R30 is an insult as opposed to a real cost to Takealot.
