Fitbit return, handled like PRO's!

I just wanted to write a short review to thank Takealot.com for the way they handled the return of my Fitbit. From the get-go, I had trouble with the heart rate monitor not working properly. To keep a long story short, I eventually requested a refund for the product. I requested a return on the 28 of March. The Fitbit was collected from me the next day and on the 4th of April, I received my refund. No further questions asked! What a pleasure!!! I frequently shop online, but I am always wary when purchasing more expensive items. Will definetely be purchasing from them in future! THANK YOU TAKEALOT!
