Firts and last time buying from Takealot.com

I ordered a Smeg coffee machine on Takealot.com on May 17 2019. On May 24 2019 they canceled the order due to lack of stock in the black painted machine. I do understand that sometimes the color one orders is out of stock but to cancel everything I think is not good. Then when I phone them they said the changed suppliers and that I have to pay the new price. witch is R500 more than the first price.

This is ridiculous. If you go into a store one does not take something from the self expecting to pay more than it was advertised when you get to the counter. The sad part is I can still buy the black color machine on the app and pay the same price, as it was advertised on May 17, but when I speak to the lady on the phone it is not the case.

This was my first and last time I will ever buy at Takealot.com and I will rather go into a store and get the things I want
