first wrong deliveries twice now waiting for my refund.

<p> my first and only experience with takealot I purchased a product they delivered me the wrong size which was there mistake promised me 2nd time they will deliver me the right 1 again wrong size , I contacted them and they told me its a bar code error yes twice in a row but have to wait 7 working days for my money is this acceptable? not even a telephonic apology cmon ********** taking someones money and they have to wait for it so long.</p>
