First time returner

Had an issue with my phone, returned it to the pick up point. Every step of the way, progress was communicated with me. When the 21 days passed, they gave me my options: wait further for the supplier or credit my account, I chose for my account to be credited and it was done immediately. Currently waiting for my new phone. Impressive service
