First-time ordering experience *****ed

I thought my order would be hassle-free. Instead, when my package arrived the wrong product was inside. I immediately logged a return and sent a picture and barcode as requested. Today, when I have yet to hear anything, I went to my account and saw that the product description had changed to reflect the one I received.
