First time damage

I just received my Takealot order and today I received it in a timely manner - quite impressed. But a little upset because the box was damaged and I found on of my items (a plastic bucket) had a dent in. I managed to undent it but there is still a little dent that remains. Usable and not so bad but the principle of the matter remains that it is damaged. I have decided to keep it as is due to the fact that I can't afford to wait for a replacement but I've made Takealot aware of the fact that it's not the first time I've received a damaged box (This being the first time that a product was damaged). Also I still get the notification on my order tracking that I can expect a call to schedule delivery but have never received a call. If Takealot doesn't call its customers then rather remove this from the tracking page. No major issues but the little things like undamaged boxes is part of good service, I believe. Will be purchasing from them again though...
