First-time customer titled a "****"

My order was scheduled for delivery before 5 pm and then I received an SMS saying that they "tried to deliver, but couldn't." They claim that the recipient wasn't available to take delivery, but not one but two people were available through out the day. On top of that they didn't even bother to phone if it was the case that the courier was outside. I am deeply offended that they have called me a **** and am as a first-time customer I am appalled at the poor service delivery.
