First time buying from Takealot and VERY UNHAPPY!

So this was the FIRST time that i ever bought at TAKEALOT.com and i am SUPER disappointed!

I bought a ps4 headset and on the website and details of what is inside the box it says that a fortnite voucher is included inside the box. I actually bought it because of the voucher otherwise i would of bought a much cheaper pair. Went Friday afternoon to collect it and then when I got home and opened the box and wanted to play there was no voucher? I phoned Takealot.com on Saturday morning from my cell and the lady then "apparently" emailed the supplier a email asking for it. She said that i would get a response from them on Monday. Came Monday heard nothing from Takealot - phoned them and then they said that they will log it again and get back to me. Tuesday - heard nothing until i contacted them again. A very helpful guy helped me and said that he will try and get a response for me but nothing.

Wednesday - I just got off the phone with Take alot again. The lady who answered said no there was only a thing logged yesterday but then when i questioned about the other days she said ooh no she sees that now. I then asked to speak to the manager as nothing is happening. The manager then just said to me sorry i must return it then and refund. I explained to her several times that i don't want a refund as i am happy with the headset and I only want the voucher that i paid for as i need it. I was on the phone for over 30 min and her only solution is to return and refund instead of getting my voucher that i paid her.

I've never bought on Takealot.com before as i was scared that something like this would happen. But i got reassured that IF it did, they would sort it out quick quick.

Any advise please?
