First Time Buyer Quite Unhappy!

Good day. I hope this meets the right eyes and receives the attention is so requires? I have recently made two online orders with [URL Removed] and I must say the purchasing parts was fast and easy however the order side not so much. I was aware that the Television I had ordered was out of stock but now the Microwave is not shipped together with the rest. This item was in stock and now its not the case. I spoke to a Team Leader by the name of Janice I think, and she apologised for the 3 staff members that promised to get back to me and never did. Now Mr Delivery cannot seem to track the order on their system. This has now become a snow ball of problems and I am being thrown form pillar to post without any clear indication od what exactly is going on. So this now begs the question of what use is online shopping if it is not made easy for customers and they do not receive the customer service they so do deserve? This morning no one can track an order I paid extra for to be dropped off today. So yes one could say I am quite annoyed at this stage to the point that I would rather cancel my orders and go into town! This is not at all what I had expected from [URL Removed] So disappointed!
