First time buyer

As a first time buyer at takealot I was expecting a swiftly experience in buying from takealot. My sister always buys from their site all the time and has never had a bad experience so I figured I would do the same and buy from their site, the purchase went quite well. The issues started when one of their delivery people delivered to the wrong person and they didn't even consider calling to confirm whether or not the person they giving my parcel to if I know them. I've been calling and going back and forth with them on email for them to deliver my parcel till this day I have not received my package, I have to consistently call them for an update on what's going on I have been waiting for feedback for almost 3 weeks since they delivered to the wrong person. They keep saying they will get back to me but still there's no way forward. As a first time buyer I am surely frustrated and I have been patient enough with them. Takealot is affordable and convenient but the people who are dealing with queries have very poor services. I don't think I'll be buying from takealot anytime soon.
