First Purchase and never again

I made a purchase on Take A Lot for the first time on 4 Dec and paid. Order showed delivery for 7 Dec which would be perfect. No order arrived but SMS advised it will now be 8 Dec which does not suit me as there is nobody present to accept item. I cancelled and what a mission, I have still not been refunded. Its a small amount but shocking service. I keep following up but nobody seems to know what they doing.
