First order wonderful but downhill from there!

<p>I often order my little guys diapers from Takealot.com and receive them quite swiftly... however with Christmas around the corner I ordered Nescafe Gold Barista Coffees x 8 and Ninja Turtle armbands as Christmas Gifts 17 days ago... and since then received 1 of the Nescafe Gold Barista coffees... When I phone Takealot.com they don't even appologize, making me feel like its my problem that the goods aren't delivered! Now they're telling me that the Coffee is out of stock and they'll have to wait for it which I completely understand but I had to call them they didn't even comunicate with me!! Now I have to give out extra money to go buy alternitive gifts for Christmas! </p>
