First impression = best impression!

I see so many low ratings for Takealot but I must say that I disagree. It was my first time ordering from Takealot and I was really treated very pleasantly. I ordered a laptop charger during the evening and it arrived the next morning! Unfortunately, it was the wrong type of charger which wasn't Takealot's fault, it was because my laptop has a very unique charging pin (which I only discovered after receiving the charger). However, the returns process went so so quickly and smoothly. I didn't have to wait weeks for responses or refunds. Some companies like to take your money but don't really enjoying returning your money...but with Takealot, it was really not the case. For my first time with Takealot, they truly made a good first impression! Thank you to everyone who helped me! :)
