This lady has such patience,even though I raised my voice cause I couldn't understand how to use the voucher but she took me by step by step and took me through the process,still no luck.<br> Which I could see that she had no clue for it wasn't her department.<br> She went on to investigate ,in no 5minutes I got a prompt response.<br> <br> I would take her in to be my PA anytime.<br> Great Job Lelethu.<br> Customer service never sounded an better!!
