First and last time using Takealot- Once they have your money they don't care

I submitted a return to you and i have had no feedback or email communication from them just takealot noting on my takealot profile that return is rejected. No communication from them on the reason or explanation. The level of service is so disgusting. I want my tv back the way i bought it and its should be done with the same level of communication and urgency you guys had when you took my money.
