first and baddest experience of my life with takealot.com.

<p>I orderderd a calculator from takealot, the product was working fine it had a scratch on, but i realised that what the calculator description said on the calculator it self and what i stands on the box doesnt correspond.</p> <p> </p> <p>I layd a complaint and they invetigated it and said is is correct theirs nothing wrong, and its so easy for the people saying send the item back if not happy with it, i just wanted them to look in to it to see whats going on, and the next moment the logged a return o behalve of me and came and took the calculator, all i wanted is for them to check and folow up not just log a return is that how takelot is working now? dont care of the compalaint just want to get rid of the complaint and to rather take the product back? i still dont resolve the question?</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i order the same calculator again because i need it, but now i had to pay R190 extra for a thing i had but they booked to be returned on behalve of me, i never said i want to return it, they must just look into what i was complaining about. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapionted with my experience, i alwaysed gave big complaints for takelot and their staff and how proud they should be but now, im very dissapionted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I buy alot from takealot but if its like thus all rather suggested that people and myself go somewhere else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because if you have a problem they dont want to solve it just log a return. Thats dissapointing!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Im attaching photos of the query, THe calculator say EL738-F </p> <p> </p> <p>But the box state that the calculator is an EL738-FB</p>
