Fire your logistics manager!!!

What's happemning to Takealot? Service and delivery times was always excellent. In the past when I ordered items in stock in CPT I received it within 2 days. These day, I order everything that shows in stock in Cape Town and shows "next day delivery" but soon after you paid, the delivery times start changing and then delivery takes up to 10 days. The best of all, I am from Beaufort West, items in stock in CPT. When dispatched (And I say when cause that also takes about 3 days) the tracking shows that items left the warehouse in Montague gardens and 2 days later its at the Glenmarais warehouse and then Colesberg abd from there to Beaufort West. So With other words, the items travel from CPT, through Beaufort West, 1500km to JHB and then back almost a 1000km to be delivered to me?? Am i stupid or is that dumb logistics??? Thousands of items are then transported 2500km when it could've been dropped off after only 500km's. So tons and tons of products are being transported across the country when it could've been dropped off along the way?? No man Takealot!!! get your things straight. Fire that guy that's in charge of your logistics operation. You're wasting thousands or Rands on transport and losing clients along the way. Mismanagement might just cause your demise
