Filthy Takealot driver

Good day . I would rate the takealot team zero out of ten on their service delivery. Firstly the guy who had delivered my parcel to me was absolutely filthy and had no respect. He had the audacity to park outside my premises and take a ****. Secondly, without washing his hand or sanitizing he handed me my parcel and left. Shortly thereafter, he had come back as he forgot my second parcel in the vehicle. I was absolutely disgusted and upset with his putrid behavior. I don't even feel like ordering from takealot in the future. I have also told many people about my experience and they are appalled. I pray for God to direct them in helping their drivers to learn respect and hygiene. Take care and God bless
