Filthy, damaged books - nobody's responsibility?

Takealot has a review policy whereby you can review the product ONLY but NOBODY is responsible for the condition it is in. This is unfair and problematic, specifically when buying books. ALL books arrive with black inky fingerprints all over the exposed pages. The top, bottom and sides of the pages are filthy. Covers are also often damaged or just DIRTY. This never changes. It's not a problem they care to solve. No such problems with Exclusive Books. The black inky prints are entirely avoidable. It's disrespectful to your customers.
