Fifa 17 ps4 request handled poorly

<p>I placed an order for FIFA 2017 PS4 , contacted the call center where i was advised to foward proof of payment , sent the proof via email , received and email from Nicole Joy Van Der Speck that proof of payment was received and that it will take up to 24 working hours to process, due to method of payment , whereby the order my was not cleared and closed by her for no reason , i called the call center numorous times and was advised that its laying with accounts department , But the order was not processed by Nicole Joy Van Der Speck, i went online to check the status of my order and it was cancelled ,then again i received an email by Mkhuseli Ndaku saying that i never made payment and i will not receive the order , so i placed and order made payment hence to *********** staff closing open orders my nephew will now sit without a gift from his aunt been a client of takealot for years now and this is the type of treatment i receive , I would like to know how this matter will be resolved seeing that i placed an order for an item that was in stock and is no longer available...</p>
