Festive season ****ed

I am very disappointed with their service. I placed an order on the 10th December and paid for it the same day. The Item I bought were to be Christmas gifts for my family and friends. I was promised the order initially on the 22nd of this month. But on the 22nd when I inquired why my order was not shipped yet. It was only the that I was told that 2 items is still not at thier warehouse but they can split the order into 2 shipments. When I agreed to the splitting of the order I then i went online to check for the update only to find that the order was split but both orders are to be delivered on the 9th January 2023. Meaning 1 simple order took the whole month to prepare. And not only that were am I supposed to get more money to buy backup Xmas presents at this time. And what is the use of splitting the damn order if after all they both will be delivered on the same date. My family's Christmas is ruined by this incompetence. So I am supposed to show up to our family and friends Christmas lunch with no presents at all. What kind of service is this? Maybe for you people Christmas don't mean anything but to some of us it means the world and it's very important to me and my family. Now my whole festive season is messed up because I trusted you people. I am very disappointed with this kind of service.
