Ferre Stove advertised ,paid for, not delivered, and still being advertised!

We bought a Ferre gas stove via the Takealot app. We paid an extra R200 for delivery. The stove was delivered after 2 weeks, but it was the incorrect stove. Instead of the stainless steel model F9S50G2.HI we ordered, we received a black stove which was model F9S50G2.HIB. We requested a return and indicated that we wanted the stainless steel model we ordered and paid for. Without discussion, Takealot adjusted our return request from "Replace the item" to "Credit my account". They then claimed that we had chosen this option all along, but their email to us confirming our request for the return clearly shows that we asked for a replacement. Surely this is ***** on their part? Then they said there is no stock available of the stove we ordered. As this was time-sensitive, we then decided to make-do with the (incorrect) black stove and said they should cancel the return request. We were then informed that we would loose the warranty on the (black) stove if we cancel the return. Why?? They still have not explained this to us! Eventually, after so many emails, they confirmed with the supplier that there was indeed stock of the correct stove available and they collected the incorrect stove. Once they had it, they made an about-turn and said: sorry, there is actually no stock available of the stove you ordered and they proceeded to credit our account, with an amount which was R50 less than the original purchase price (excl the delivery fee). Again, why?? Again, no explanation. We immediately checked on the Takealot app and the stainless steel stove that we ordered was still there and ever since, it is still being advertised, but the price is now far more! When we kept on asking for the correct stove, they sent us a R50 voucher and locked the conversation. How is this acceptable?! They sold us a stove, took our money, sent us the incorrect stove (and charged us for the delivery), then collected it, refunded us less than we paid for it and now they want to sell us the same item again at a cost of almost 11% more!
