Feeling Frustrated with Takealot!

I’m absolutely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a cellphone worth R7,500 from Takealot, but was delivered a child’s toy instead! I immediately contacted them and provided all requested evidence, i.e. photos, Yet, it took an entire week of back-and-forth with no proper resolution. I even reached out to the CEO, and my email went unacknowledged. This morning, I got a response claiming the correct item was sent and that I should contact the Ombudsman if I am dissatisfied, I find this unacceptabl. I am convinced there’s dishonesty, and I want to make this known to everyone, including Discovery Insure, Discovery Bank, and the relevant consumer protection bodies.
