Feedback urgently

So frustrated with take alot. They deliver parcel and sign on behalf of the client. I bought a shaker online and gave them the delivery instruction.

The person who made the delivery through the parcel over the gate where the Dogg is. I reported the matter but very poor feedback from there side.

Yesterday I check my account and sure that the document state the we signed that the parcel was delivered.
