FedEx does not deliver for take alot

When placing my order I was told my delivery would be on Tuesday 10 March. On 9 March I got a message saying my deliver will come today. I waited the whole day and nothing. On 10 March a got the message again. So I phoned to check and told them they must phone when at my gate a the complex does not have an intercom system. And was promised it would be at my house by 5Pm. They called at about 16h30 to say they will deliver tomorrow as nobody answered when they were there. We'll I'm still waiting for them to let me know they at the gate. Then I got another call to tell me they were at my gate and they have proof on their phone that they called. Well it's sad that they only called once apparently. So yes I'm still waiting. And nobody is concerned that time was taken out of my work to be at home. be careful when shopping at take a lot. Com. Can be easier and cheaper just to go to the store. I certainly will think twice before I order again.
