Fedex at Takealot sucks

This is correspondence between myself and Nancy.<br> <br> I wish the CEO would start to realise that fedex is really **** I ordered again over R15000 from Takealot, and I am now truly done with them. When I heard that fedex is delivering I phoned and said they will not deliver today. They always have an excuse saying no one home which is a blatant lie or they will leave it at the estate gate and say I must pick it up there 3 km from my house.<br> <br> I just knew it when I heard fedex was suppose to deliver today I knew it 90% chance that they wont. Sick and tired of Takealot I am done now will take my money somewhere else.<br> <br> Hi <br> <br> As I thought as usual when fedex deliver they never keep to their times/days never. If they do not say that there was no one home then they leave the parcel at the estate gate even though there is always someone at my house.<br> <br> Also as mentioned that if they do not deliver today, I will cancel the order. And with that will never order from takealot again, lets face it takealot since the merger with Kalahari is falling apart enough is enough.
