Such pathetic service from Takealot/Fedex, I have been promised my daughters books since last week Friday for delivery than Friday turned to Monday, Monday turned to Tuesday. Tuesday is almost over and no-one can take responsibility of where is my parcel. <br> <br> This is really unprofessional, I paid for delivery. I deserve nothing but good customer service. Please if you don't deliver it today keep it. <br> <br>
