Fed up

I am so upset and ****ed off with the takealot service or should I say lack there of. I bought a soundbar from them in March and it is now not working so I logged a fault and asked them to collect it. I have been now waiting for more then two weeks. Last week Thursday they advised that they would collect it so I waited all day and this didn’t happen. They sent a message this week To reschedule for yesterday and yet again I waited the whole day again. After numerous phone calls yesterday they advised that the driver was around the corner so I got excited. Then at 1630 I received a text message saying they can’t make the delivery yet again. Another 20 odd minutes on the phone and they promised me that they would come today to collect. Again I have spent the whole day at home and no one has collected it. I have had enough now and and so tired of waiting. What does one do to get customer service
