Fauly jack and shocking service.

Bought a car trolley jack.Delivered not working as you must bleed air out first. Then only it works for 1 use.Second attempt to jack up vehicle piston goes back by itself after trying to lift vehicle. Return it to Takealot stating reasons and they tell me i cannot return it as not wanted as i used it.After several e mails i still cant find anyone that can read.Gave them a phone number but no one willing to pick up a phone.Will have to waste petrol and drive in to their offices. Then i will be done with them.
