Faulty watch replaced with secondhand watch

I am so disappointed with [URL Removed] to the extent where I feel I might never again buy any gadgets from them. I bought a Nike Sports Watch last year some. This watch started malfunctioning and I booked it to be returned and a credit to be passed for this watch. I was advised that the return was out the 6 month return period and that they would facilitate some extended warranty handling with the supplier.<br> <br> I was initially advised that I would be getting a new unit from the supplier. (An acknowledgement that the unit that they sold me was faulty), only to be told later on that my old would be repaired and sent back to me. Fine, no problem.<br> <br> My issue now lies in the fact that I have been sent a second hand replacement for my watch. What I expected was either they send me back my watch repaired or send me a new unit all together, not to send me a secondhand unit. I dont even know who had this watch before me and for how long. It is just ********* that you can take a second hand watch and give it to another party as a replacement for a faulty unit.<br> <br> I have bought a lot of stuff from takelot and have been a customer for over a year, here I feel like I have been manhandled.
